  1. Les Mead says:

Linda I see back to 1640 which suits me but Margaret Mead married a John Spaish in BOA 10th Oct 1810 She was the daughter of John Mead ans Sarah Visen of Winsley and married John who was also shown as born Winsley ( and also Hartleigh) Although I have found a Ann Spaish (of Winsley ) who married 1805 (25th Oct) a Isaac Green in Winslwy (this was confirmed by the Vicar) I cannot establish any family connection or an ancestral link up with his/her parents. Unfortunately I am nearly 78 and have a damaged leg that limits my mobility otherwise I wouls come up to Wilshire (have been severalk times )and check the graveyard at St Nicholas.Hope you can help Regards Les Mead

    • Hi Les,
Unfortunately I am based in Kent so am unable to help you with your Wiltshire research. However someone who lives in Wiltshire might read this and be able to help.
      Kind regards,
      Linda
