The online catalogue of the University of Bristol’s Theatre Collection may be very useful for those with ancestors who trod the boards. The collection is wide and includes documents, photographs, film and artefacts so if you find something of interest in the catalogue a trip to Bristol may be very worth while.

You should note that the building is closed to researchers until mid October because of building work, but that just gives you plenty of time to plan your trip!!
