I found this website through an excellent article in the September TNA Ancestors magazine. The aim of this voluntary, self funded group is to photograph every war grave and memorial worldwide. A huge undertaking, but one which the group obviously intend to complete. The results of their endeavours are available online through a searchable database.

This website compliments the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site and is one that I shall from now on use regularly.
