Details of those buried in the Arnos Vale Cemetery, Bristol are now available online. The website is part of the project to restore this 45 acre burial ground. Free access is offered to the Books of Remembrance dating from 1839, plus a fee based search service for burial & cremation records.
More than 300,00 people are buried in Arnos Vale and this important cemetery now is to be saved for generations to come.

Things have changed since 10 June 2010 – nothing is free or searchable now.

Thank you for your comment. I have checked the website and the Book of Rememberance is still available online for searching and is still free. The fee based searches are also still available.
So things haven’t changed since I wrote the original article. Thank you for your interest, but the article is still 100% correct.
